Rules for using the F1075 multipurpose room:

Access:

F1075 usage, during lunch break, is restricted to officially recognized VIC clubs and their members as approved by the VICREC.

The F1075 may not be used for physical exercise or activity between the hours of 8 and 12 and between 14 and 16 hours during a normal working day. It may, however, be used for non physical disciplines such as meditation or any other similar activity between these hours.

Booking:

The F1075 room and its booking is managed by UNOV / BMS. Not by VICREC.

Deadline is 30 September 2026, to request time-slots for January 2027.
