VIC Clubs Days – 15 and 16 October 2026
This year, the event will happen over two days, the 15 and 16 October, where VIC Clubs will be able to meet with staff, answer questions, and find new members.

On Clubs Day
- In the morning, BMS will set up the tables, chairs and boards (1 table, 2 chairs, and 1 board per club).
- VICREC will place the club names on the boards.
- Clubs representatives may begin setting up from 11h30.
- The event starts at 12h00 and ends at 14h00.
- Club representatives must remove their setup and items at the end.
- BMS will remove all tables, chairs and board after 14h00.
Event Rules
- Clubs may bring their own decorations and display their equipment, etc.
- VICREC and VIC UN Security reserve the right to request removal of any items considered unsafe.
- Music may be played at a reasonable volume, and demonstrations are allowed as long as they do not pose risks or disturb staff members in the Rotunda. If you are unsure, please consult a VICREC member present at the event.
- Clubs are required to leave their area clean and remove all their decorations and items at the end. If additional cleaning is required, the responsible club will be charged by VICREC.
- VICREC will try to fulfill your preference of location, but it cannot be guaranteed.
